Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was ideal for a family of 4 but lacked adequate WiFi signal. It faced a noisy front side with constant tram and traffic noise. Despite promises, the room was never serviced after two requests.
The hotel is perfectly situated between the castle and the zoo, with a pleasant stroll to the central pedestrian street. The rooms were lovely, complete with a fridge and a bathtub, although the noise from the cleaning room storage was a bit bothersome in the mornings. Service was a mix of unfriendly encounters but overall attentive and friendly, with a comfortable big bed provided. The location is excellent, offering easy access to key attractions and a convenient supermarket across the street. The dining experience left something to be desired in terms of quality and variety. However, there is a useful car park available for guests.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was very convenient, close to various attractions and with easy access to supermarkets. However, the room I had was quite noisy due to street-facing windows with constant tram and traffic sounds. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The dining options were varied and inclusive, although there was an additional charge for some items.
The hotel is conveniently situated between the castle and the zoo, offering easy access to the central pedestrian street 'Kaiserstrasse'. While the rooms are nicely furnished, the noise from passing trams can be bothersome. The service is average with some friendly staff, though some improvements could be made in customer interaction. The location provides ample dining and shopping options nearby. The dining experience offers a good start to the day with a variety of options, but may come with an additional cost. Overall, the hotel is central and convenient, yet there are room for enhancements in noise insulation and service quality.
